Mother's day.

On mother's day we went out adventuring. We had a picnic and this historical park in Minot.

The kids were dancing together by the fountain.We all had a Nice time. This park is just beautiful and we even learned about some history. On past mother's day I usually get some time to myself but this was Jason's last weekend that he would be home for awhile. So we spent the day together. My favorite part of the day was Gidder fell asleep on me while we were watching a movie...very blessed. It was a nice day.

Circus 2011.

I went to the circus with Isabelle and her class. Her teacher bought them all a candy bar and Isabelle picked out strawberry shortcake doll.

Isabelle's favorite act was the tigers.

Here is the whole class that went. It was so nice to be able to go with her. My favorite part was riding the school bus with her, she even let me sit by her....brought back alot of memories and made me realize how old I am getting.

Our Easter 2011

This Easter was a huge blessing. We thought we would invite our friends in town that don't have family here...then our friends from dickinson called and said they were coming to town to visit their family so we invited them too, Then at the last minute a Joann's brother came by so we pulled out another chair. We ended up with three tables in the houses with guests.
All the kids gathered up and did a egg hunt.





It was so much fun to watch.





Isabelle got a whole bucket full. She especially liked the Dora eggs.

Brendon helping little Gidder up to the tree. It was an amazing Easter. I wasn't so excited about Easter this year because we didn't have any plans but at the last minute God revealed his plans. I am starting to learn that I need to adjust to change. I have always celebrated Easter the same way for 30 yrs. Tears still run down my face of how God opened his house to share Easter with friends that didn't have family to celebrate our eternal life with him.

We painted our easter eggs this year.

Gideon enjoyed it alot more this year.

We ended up with some nice painted eggs.

Weekend Getaway.

This past weekend we decided to get away from the cold snowy weather, so we went to minot which is a bigger town about 40 minitues away. We stayed at a hotel that has a little water park. It was such a blessing to see the kids have such a wonderful time.

We spent most of our time in the pool. We couldn't hardly get them out.

The kids slept in the other bed together.

Daddy and Belle love to cuddle and watch their cartoons together. We all had a wonderful time. The kids have been asking to go back to their other home and as Gidder says "let's ride the alligator again" (the elevator).
